Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 business days) after the product has been received if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue once images are emailed to us along with your order number. Please share clear quality photos of the item's condition or the wrong product received so that the issue is visible. Additionally, attach clear photos of the paperwork you received on the inside of the shipment package or box and the outside shipment label. These issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis; we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In the event the item(s) you received were damaged during transit, please contact USPS (www.usps.com) or UPS 1 800 742-5877.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns on the following (unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item):
- any customized or made-to-order home decor products, shoulder, travel, or tote bags, accessory pouches, apparel, drinkware, masks, notebooks/journals, personalized items, or special orders
- any non-customized apparel, fashion jewelry, handbags, accessories, or masks
- any sale items
Please double check and verify correct sizing, design colors, type of product, etc. prior to ordering. Our company does not stock customized or made-to-order products. All customized items are unique and produced per order by our printing partners.
Care Instructions (Customized/Made-To-Order Apparel)
- Turn garment inside out
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Use a mild detergent; no bleach or fabric softener
- Tumble dry on low heat setting
- Do not iron the decorated (printed) area
- Do not dry clean
